I haven’t got a full work permit for the UK. I’m having technical difficulties, how do I know if my application has been submitted?Try logging back onto www.culinacareers.co.uk and carry on with your application.
Next restart your internet browser, log back onto www.culinacareers.co.uk and continue with your application.
If this is the first time you've applied, you'll get an email within 48 hours to let you know if your application has been successful. If you've completed an application form or uploaded your CV, successful or not, you'll get the chance to amend the application form or CV rather than reregister or apply again.
If entering your CV to the system, but not applying to a job, you will see a confirmation screen with all the information you entered during the submission process. You can choose to edit the CV profile if the information is incomplete, incorrect, or was missed during its creation. back to top ↑ -
I can’t remember my username and password. We recommend that you use your email address as your user name. Otherwise try using the "Retrieve My Password" option. You can get to this from the Career Centre, which can be found on the browse vacancies page. Enter the email address you used when you created your CV profile. We will not only email your password information but also your username. If you cannot remember the email address you used, then you will have to create a new CV profile altogether. back to top ↑

Can a Microsoft Word CV be copied and pasted into the CV section?Yes. Access your CV in Microsoft Word, copy your CV by using the “Select All” feature in the Edit menu, or highlight the text you want to copy from the file and click on the “Copy” icon in your toolbar. Then, go to the CV Profile section and press the “Ctrl” and “V” buttons at the same time on your keyboard to paste the information into the CV field. Some hidden formatting codes can make your CV look jumbled when you paste it. Use the toolbar at the top of the CV input field to make adjustments to your CV format. If you are using Internet Explorer, you may need to disable your pop up blocker in order to paste into the field. back to top ↑

I don’t have access to the internet. Can I send my CV in the post? We're sorry but we can now only accept applications though our online application process. As you can imagine, we receive a number of applications every week and it would be impossible to take the time to read each one, particularly when everyone has a different way of laying out the information on their CV.
For those who don't have internet access at home you could use UK online centers which are based in your community. Even your local library may have computers which have free internet access. back to top ↑ -

Based on the details you supplied the company will decide if they'd like to invite you to the next stage in the process. If they do you will receive an invitation via email to the next stage in the process. If you're unsuccessful you'll receive an email to tell you as soon as possible. back to top ↑
