Culina Group entered the food and drink logistics market in 1994 and is now recognised as a market leading operator, providing clients with consistently high service levels and innovative supply chain solutions. None of Culina Groups successes would have been possible without one key driver: our employees. The great people who work at Culina Group are absolutely integral to the continued success of the business and the retention and development of existing employees, plus the recruitment of the very best external candidates are key aspects of our growth strategy.

Every single employee, in their own way, plays a vital role in ensuring that the numerous requirements of over 650 clients are met and exceeded each and every day. We are proud of our exceptionally high service levels across the business and in order to consistently maintain our standards we need talented, driven and team oriented staff; something I'm pleased to say is already in evidence right across our network. That said, we never like to stand still as a business, which is why we're always on the look out for the cream of the crop when it comes to recruitment.
